Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED: JUNE 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DealPipeline ("DealPipeline", "we", "us"), operated by Jalloh Group LLC, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use oildealpipeline.com, dealpipeline.app, and related services (together, the "Service").

01Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. Authentication is handled by Supabase.

Content you provide. The Service is a workspace for managing your deals. Information you enter — deal records, company and contact profiles, communications logs, documents you upload to the Document Vault (which may include KYC materials, banking details, and contracts), commission records, and bulletin board posts — is stored so the Service can function.

Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers; Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy.

Usage data. We collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and feature usage, used for security, debugging, and improving the Service.

02How we use your information

03Where your data lives

Your application data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage) and Supabase infrastructure. These providers maintain industry-standard security certifications and may store data in data centers outside your country of residence. By using the Service you consent to this transfer and storage.

04Third-party services

We rely on a small number of processors to run the Service: Supabase (authentication), Google Firebase (database and file storage), Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, AI inference providers (AI Agent), and market data and AIS vessel-tracking data providers. Each processes data only as needed to provide its function.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your deal data, contacts, or documents with other users or with advertisers. Information you choose to post on the public Bulletin Board is visible to other users by design.

05Your counterparties' data

You may store information about third parties — buyers, sellers, contacts, and their KYC documents — in your workspace. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store that information. We process it solely on your behalf as a service provider.

06Data retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You may delete individual records at any time within the Service. If you close your account or request deletion at info@dealpipeline.app, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

07Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and the security infrastructure of our cloud providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

08Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@dealpipeline.app. We respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.

09Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

10Children

The Service is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
